While creating this work I was inspired by the song “Golden Brown” by The Stranglers and the medieval atmosphere often seen in videos with castles and legends.
Later I discovered that this visual language is known as Medieval aesthetic or Medievalcore - a romanticized vision of the Middle Ages filled with castles, gothic imagery and myths.
