Sculpture by Zoltan Pitsur

The myth of Icarus might seem senseless at first — a boy flying too close to the sun, only to plummet into the sea. But tragic endings often carry meaningful lessons.

Some will see his courage, the boldness to follow his desire and defy limitation. Others will see a reckless youth who paid the price for ignoring warnings.

Zoltan’s sculpture invites us to find our own truth in the tale —
to chase our dreams, but not blindly;
to live boldly, but not carelessly.

There is beauty in daring —
as long as we remember to fly with both heart and wisdom.
