At ZOLI, we choose meaning over chaos, support over pressure. How it works:
A potential buyer reaches out through our website — we notify you and forward the request.
You respond directly, or, if needed, we help with wording, clarifying details, or communication.
Upon request, we assist with organizing delivery (+10% added to the commission in this case).
Sales happen through inquiries, not automated checkout.
Payment goes directly between the buyer and the artist, or, if agreed, through us (for example, for EU-based buyers).
ZOLI’s commission is 15%, paid by the artist after a completed sale.
No third parties are involved in the process.
All terms are set out in the public offer and/or a personalized agreement.

What are the terms of collaboration?
We operate as a platform: we display your works, forward inquiries, and assist with communication. You manage the sale yourself, and we receive a 15% commission after a successful transaction.
Do I need to sign an agreement?
Yes, we establish a personalized agreement with each artist.
1. After your application is approved, we send a PDF agreement with your terms.
2. You sign it:
– either directly in the PDF (e.g., via PDF24)
– or by hand and send us a scanned copy or photo
3. We keep the copies — and then the collaboration begins.
The agreement clearly specifies:
– commission rate
– logistics (if needed)
– copyright
– financial obligationsHow does payment work?
1. The buyer pays you directly — no intermediaries or delays.
2. You receive the full price of the artwork, and then transfer 15% commission to ZOLI (plus 10% if we handle logistics).
3. If preferred, payment can go through the platform owner (for example, for EU-based buyers). In this case, we transfer the funds to you immediately after payment is received and verification is completed.
The payment method is discussed individually and outlined in the agreement — to ensure comfort and clarity for both parties.Who is responsible for shipping?
1. By default, the artist is responsible. You choose the shipping method and arrange the delivery yourself.
2. If you prefer assistance, we can handle it for you (+10% additional commission).

1. We represent you — presenting the artist, the meaning behind the artwork, and generating interest.
2. When a specific inquiry arises, communication regarding payment, shipping, and details is passed to you. You make the decisions and agree on terms directly with the buyer.
3. If desired, we can assist with negotiations or handle part of the communication. This is discussed individually for each case, depending on language, region, or the complexity of the request.How long does an exhibition last?
A standard exhibition lasts 3 months — during this time, we actively promote your works, featuring them in selections, news, buyer recommendations, and across social media platforms.
Afterwards, the exhibition remains accessible as part of ZOLI’s website and artistic history — your works stay in the online catalog, even if they are not sold.
The status of each piece can be updated:
– Available for sale
– Reserved
– Sold
– Removed from publication
You can always notify us of changes — this shared responsibility is documented in the agreement.Who takes the photos for the exhibition?
You can send us your completed photos — the most important thing is that they are high-quality, clear, and free from distortions.
If you wish, we can help you find a photographer in your city (if possible) or provide guidance for taking the photos yourself.
Photography costs are covered by the artist, but we are invested in visual consistency and are happy to assist with preparation.
The images are used on the website and, if desired, in future catalogs.Can I get a printed exhibition catalog?
Yes. We are planning to launch a feature that will allow your online exhibition to be transformed into a full-fledged author’s art catalog.
This won’t just be a list of works — it will be a visually and conceptually designed collection that preserves:
– images of each artwork
– your artist texts
– an editorial introduction
– the meanings, story, and ideas behind the exhibition
Such a catalog is an artistic artifact that can be presented to collectors, galleries, or kept for your personal archive.

We can handle shipping and payment (especially within the EU), coordinating all details with you.
Can I end the collaboration?
Yes, at any time.
You can always remove your works from publication or end the collaboration.
The agreement specifies notice periods and the process for termination — everything is transparent and flexible.
